Mountain Rescue 4x4

The Mountain Rescue 4x4, also known as Tom's Jeep, is the Mountain Rescue Centre's Jeep used for mountain rescues, owned by Tom Thomas. It is a type of vehicle commonly used by emergency services.

Description

Ready to scramble over the toughest of all terrains, Tom's Jeep is an invaluable part of the collection of Pontypandy's rescue vehicles, debuting in Series 5.

Trivia

• The only emergencies where the 4x4 was used were in Deep Water, Perilous Path and Cat Magic, and Float Your Boat (due to Charlie driving it for going to his boat and rescue Tom).
• Tom's 4x4 unlike all of Pontypandy's other emergency vehicles has red emergency lights.
• Tom's 4x4 is never seen at the Mountain Rescue Centre except in Deep Water, when it is actually needed and used, however there is a chance it might be stored behind the Centre or somewhere else off-screen.
• It's also one of the few vehicles to not have an official name.
