Summary[]
The firefighters are training hard to appear in the Wales Fittest Firefighters calendar to see who is the fittest. Meanwhile, Rosa seems to have disappeared, and a storm is brewing...

Trivia[]
- This is the first episode where Dilys Price does not appear.
- The shoes that Norman are wearing in this episode are later seen in Norman's Invisible Friend.
- The shot of Jupiter driving the opposite way down the street in Pizza Palaver is reused from this episode.
- For some reason Jupiter is parked in front of the station even though the bay should be empty to allow Jupiter to be parked inside.
- This is the second and last appearance of the Photographer, who made his debut in Danger Falling Sheep.
Goofs[]
- As the crew is heading to Pontypandy Mountain to rescue Sarah and Rosa, Jupiter is seen being driven down the street the opposite way, which would lead back to the fire station, not Pontypandy Mountain.
- As Norman sneaks away from the Jogalator after Elvis slips off it, the conveyor belt on the Jogalator is not running yet the lever is in the "on" position.
- Jupiter was driving on the wrong side of the road in one shot, even though everyone living in Wales are supposed to drive on the left-hand side.
