Plot[]
When a penguin escapes from Newtown Zoo, Elvis really hopes he will see it! But it's Norman and Mandy, who meet the penguin first, waddling across the beach!

- This is the second time the firefighters Sam, Elvis and Penny test the fire hydrants in the CGI series, the first being in Fireman James.
- This is the first time in the CGI Series that locations of Wales have been referenced. Places of the country are used for the names of candles Dilys receives, them being "Lamplight on Llandudno", "Sunset over Swansea", "Rainy Day in Rhyl", and "Ocean Breeze over Cardiff".
- In the US dub, with the exception of Swansea, they are replaced with places in the Americas, "Lamplight on Long Island", "Rainy Day in Rio", and Ocean Breeze over Canada"
- Norman builds a penguin replica with a toy that is similar to LEGO in his bedroom.
- Norman's Xtraice penguin from Ice Hockey Meltdown reappears in his bedroom.
Goofs[]
- When Elvis thinks he hears the penguin at the harbour, he looks over and sees Norman and Mandy nearby on the beach, when the beach is in a different location from the harbour. This happens again when Elvis shouts over and asks them them if they have seen the penguin.
