Joker Soaker is the eleventh episode of the fifth season.
Plot
To everyone's horror, Norman has a new toy - a "Joker Soaker" water pistol. He causes havoc in town with it even though there's a water shortage in Pontypandy, but puts it to good use to help sustain Dusty, whose head is caught in the rails at the park.
